12.01.2022 Oh pre baby Samantha Most people talk about how hard birth is, some people talk about how hard pregnancy is but no one talks about how hard postpartum is. Each persons pregnancy and birth story is different and I totally get that. But naive me, just assumed that because I love exercise I would jump straight on the health band wagon and get everything tight and back to where it was YEAH RIGHT!! Getting dressed (or finding clothes that fit you) is difficult, let alone work...ing out And the healing process... WOAH! Baby steps... 6 months on and I want to start doing the things I love again. First things first, getting back to business. I’ve been absent from my clients for a long time now and I want to make it up to you all.
