10.01.2022 WET WEATHER COMMITTEE UPDATE - 12/03/2020 In view of tomorrows forecast of heavy rain, unless your club has resources to cover your wicket table at tomorrow lunch time, the Board is directing host clubs to cover your wicket table tonight after your training session has been completed. As always liaise with major stakeholders, but this is a VSDCA Finals directive, any alterations to the guidelines must be approved by the executive.

03.01.2022 400 Victorian Sub District Cricket Association 1st XI games for Brian Goodman Congratulations to Brian Goodman who this Saturday (January 23) at Caulfield will officiate in his 400th 1st XI game in the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Umpires Association. Brian joined the Umpiring Panel in season in 1986-87 and included in his tally of games are Representative Games, Championship Finals, and numerous Finals games:... 399 x 1st XI 63 x 2nd XI 18 x 3rd XI 17 x 4th XI 12 x VSDCA Representative Games In total he has umpired over 500 games in the VSDCA, a remarkable effort. In recent years Brian has served as Umpires' Recruitment Manager, Education Officer and is currently in his third season as Umpires' Coach. Brian is a Life Member of the VSDCA and also a member of the '200 Game Club'. On behalf of the VSDCA Board and all member clubs, we congratulate Brian in reaching this significant milestone in his umpiring career.
