18.01.2022 All In A Days Work. Meet Harrison. Just like you Harrison likes to squat, so squat he did. Harrison's main goal was not just to squat but to squat with proper form and technique and to squat to proper depth. 1 session in and 45 minutes later we have fixed his form, opened up his hips and allowed him to achieve more depth in his squat. The moral of the story is to be more like Harrison, don't just want "to squat", have the goal to squat properly and to depth. Exercise used to... correct his form include Kettle Bell Squats, Box Squats & Wide Lunges. Each exercise performed 3 times for 12 reps. See more
