Coffee is grow in small backyard farms, known as Garden coffee Hand sorting of only ripe, red cherries at 20-22 brix Shade-dried in thick piles and regularly turned over to control fermentation for 3-5 days... 07.01.2022 Offshoot Coffee is looking for experienced store manager. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team in the roastery and with passionate, dedicated baristas. The ideal candidate will handle all cafe management responsibilities, while having good leadership skills and a positive attitude. This job would suit someone willing to sink their teeth into something and treat it like their own business.... You will have the pleasure to brew, serve (and drink!) some very exciting coffees. Advanced coffee knowledge and barista skills are a must. Offshoot Cafe is a high volume and quality focused cafe. Working with speed while engaging customers with kind and warm hospitality is key. The applicant must: - Have prior management experience in a busy cafe/restaurant environment - Prior experience with making coffee at a high level - Be highly organised and clean - Be able to motivate a team to achieve goals - Be energetic and engaging with staff and customers The business is part of a small dynamic restaurant/bar group so there is opportunity to gain experience and move around to other venues over time. Blacklist's Engima has notes of Cabernet Sauvignon, maple syrup, rose and black tea. Ours has notes of strawberry, blood orange, kiwi and banana split. Both absolutely delicious.
