23.01.2022 And that's a wrap: 45km 10 hours walking 12 hours total Amazing effort for all who participated and thanks to those who joined us on the last 10ks.... We have raised over $9,000 already We are grateful to the local businesses who supported us along the way - The Grocer and The Chef Bayside Kitchen - Matilda Bay and Swan Yacht Club with delicious food and drinks. This year’s theme Together we can ensure no one faces dementia alone highlights the need for all Western Australians to reach out to people with dementia in their community to let them know they are not alone. 07.01.2022 A little rain yesterday was not enough to dampen our spirits on another amazing walk for Alzheimer's WA. Such a wonderful group of ladies who enjoyed 'The Bridges' 10km, sharing stories and learning history of the areas we passed.
