19.01.2022 A short off the cuff Off the Grid in OZ TH Update vid I wanted to put up to explain a few things that some may be wondering about .. All is good , there have been a few delays but they are being addressed right now .. Trailers are still only a 14 day turn around .... Kits are still only 4 weeks to turn around . A fully custom build we did for a client that has had an unfortunate change of circumstances and needs to sell her NOW This 9 meter 4500kg rated Rolling Shell with double lofts and even a down stairs bedroom ! as pictured ... IS READY TO ROLL :- ) 240 Volt installed and ready to use ( and certified )... Pre wired for 12 volt ready for Solar! Only $34,000 ready to tow away ! 18.01.2022 We do not get that much time to post up here these days which is a bit sad .. 2018 was a very busy year for us at Off the Grid in Oz Tiny Houses.. We are still catching up on Shells from last year and are now at this stage booked till around May . Our focus for 2019 as was our focus last year , will be Rolling Shells. as we have found that people that are keen to do fit outs of there own THs is still very high in all inquiries we are getting , just like last year.. ... One day I might just go and do a finished off TH for ourselves , but that has to wait till we get the free time .. The Rolling Shells being such an affordable way for people to save money and to get to enjoy the fit out of fixtures and fittings is great to see , so we have no plans to change our focus at this stage .. As we build all our THs off the grid at our property , we have had a few delay's with rain and now the burst of blistering heat , but that is just part of building generally , so we are just going with the " weather " flow lol . We hope everyone had a great 2018 and we look forward to the rest of this year putting smiles on the dials of our clients ... ... cheers Steve :- )

18.01.2022 A short vid actually showing us towing one of our TH's ,delivering her to a client .. She was a 9 meter , double loft , with 3rd bedroom , a quite large girl to tow !! ... We made this vid to show that our TH 's can travel and do quite well unlike many that are not very tow friendly . cheers Steve and Kerri :)

16.01.2022 A quick video of yet another of our ripper TH Shells . This one is rather special as she has double lofts , double loft extensions and one loft is what we call mid level or lowered further than most we do .. As usual the video is not professional .. lolol but tells the story and shows yet another of our designs off .. This one we are in the process of doing 2 more of very similar , so the profile is very popular :- ) A great looking very roomy Tiny House to say the least ..... Aprox 300 sq feet all up in side .. and the two colors on the trims work very well .. 16.01.2022 Ok 9 or 10 minutes that may save you money or at least make you think ? , not an off the grid video, but one I needed to make due to the amount of our Tiny House clients and visitors that ask many questions. One question quite often is about why we build Tiny House Trailers the way we do ? A few clues for a few , may be a wake up call to some, that have been dragged down the main stream Tiny House Trailer think, and have ideas planted in their heads from many builders th...at may be not quite IMO needed or accurate. And to say the least over kill and misleading ? 15.01.2022 Sunday morning 6 am and on there way with there soon to be Off the Grid in OZ Tiny House new home in tow :- ) BUT ... This is what happens when you are not sure how big these 8 meter Tiny Houses are ... these guys did not make it out the gate without the first lesson of long Tiny house towing , " Watch the tail swing " !! not much damage but a dam bugger !

12.01.2022 Off the Grid in OZ and our used battery bank , our update.. 2.5 Years nearly and still going strong .. For people with not much cash to splash , maybe this is one way to get going and at least have the success that we have had on a battery bank that did not cause us to sell the bloody grand kids !!! Just a quick look at how our system is going after over 2 years cheers Steve and Kerri :- ) PS. Yes, as Steve says we don't go without anything even with our small set up and second hand batteries. 12.01.2022 Our latest Tiny house Rolling Shell ready to go NOW ! After over 3 years building client built to spec orders, we finally got to do one of our own designs again. yayay !!! We did do the first one to our design, but this girl is finally another of our own versions of our build styles ... So, if you are in a hurry, need to get out to that block of land and start your Off Grid life in your own Tiny House, this Rolling Shell is now ready to go ... ... Close to 300sq feet !!! of space to live in :- ) Just fit your own kitchen and bathroom fixture's etc while you camp inside the clean smooth sealed insulated and yes, even PRE wired with both 240v and 12 v for lighting, Tiny House on wheels.... She has a ripper layout with many features that we love. This is a very unique design with the lofts extending by a full 500mm to ensure maximum room. Not a very common sight, but one we feel everybody will love, just as much as we do. It has 2 large loft areas. The master bedroom is a huge mid level loft and the other one is very large as well and will fit a couple of kids ... Bathroom walls are all fitted ready to go as well. There is room for a toilet, shower and vanity. There are windows galore, with 2 in each loft, 2 in the lounge area and a very large kitchen window along with a sliding glass door and a great bathroom window. Plenty of light and air. The tiny house is fully insulated, lined and the outside has been tastefully finished with trims and skirt in colorbond steel. She is Pre wired for full 12V lighting and pre wired for 240V GPOs ( 240V can be fitted off by our sparky and with compliance cert if req at extra cost ) As she only weighs around 2500kg , she can be towed by any average 4x4 with ease to get her to your site ready to finish off while you live in her . She, your 8 meter in total ( at loft level ) on a 7 meter 4500KG Tri Axle Tiny House Trailer will run you only $32,000 ready to tow away right now !! We are going to make a video to do a good walk around, so you can get an even better view. This one won't last long, because we know there are people looking for a quick getaway home. 03.01.2022 Our latest 2020 Tiny House on Wheels, Rolling Shell. It's built ready to go out the gate . A quick look at another custom build we did for Adam , a client of ours that is now ready to get stuck into his fit off stage. A great 8 meter Tiny House On Wheels , twin lofts , lots of windows and a very nice build . cheers Steve... I really love the design of this Tiny. It is open in all the right areas, to give a real sense of spaciousness and the L shaped bathroom area is just a perfect use of the area. With the use of the different windows and the beautiful front door, there is plenty of light. I love that walking under the lofts with plenty of room above and below really makes this tiny feel like home.
