22.01.2022 Hey guys. There is something that we all need to be aware of if you aren't already. Even with the recent rain(which was a god send to a lot of farmers), there are still too many farmers out there suffering some of the worst droughts in recorded history. There is an organisation called 'the drought angels' and what they do is help support our farmers in need. Our farmers are the backbone of our Australian way of life. We need to support these guys as much as we possibly can ...and 'the drought angels' do a bloody fantastic job in supporting them. My good friend Tom has done a lot for the drought angels and I personally have been apart of some of it. Tom is a farmer in a small town that probably no one has heard of called Dulacca(a touch under 400km's west of brisbane). He is one of the farmers who has suffered during the droughts but is still willing to do what he can to support other people in need. I know Tom very well and have shared many beers(probably too many at times) with him and I know how tough it will be for him. So the bloke doesn't have to go through it on his own, we here at off the hook will also be going without drinking for a month. Which is a bloody tough job over Christmas.
