Blue Line Steppers is an ongoing project which aims to highlight the up and coming, creative minds in close-knit dance communities. Vol. 2 reflects acts that have been pushing the boundaries locally and internationally, creating a diverse track list spanning genres, locations and tempos. It's out on the 10th of July. The clip was shot, directed, and edited by Russel Fitzgibbon (1/2 of Fishing). Grabbing Al Wright (Vlossom) and a few mates, he found a sunny outdoor spot in Stanmore, set up a green screen, and asked those mates to have a dance. Speaking about his vision, Russel shared: Good Spirits (In All My Things) was conceived in a simpler time as a mantra for compassion a...nd connecting. Right now we feel its important to remember the pure uplifting energy that we are capable of sharing together. We invited some friends to dance with us and cast our minds forward to the next time. 05.01.2022 next up on Blue Line Tapes is Perth based DJ Mintox. After a stint playing shows in Europe shes returned home with the objective of giving back to her grassroots community. Shes hosted a radio show on Nomad Radio, a familiar voice around FBi Radio and has recently joined the Finer Things family. On the playlist shes said, The inspiration here was taken from occupying a sort of liminal space between Perth and Sydney.
