18.01.2022 One of the trainees from the Jharkhand State Government sponsored training program under SJKVY-II of JSDMS, has provided his feedback on the training program he has completed at the OGM training center in Gurgaon. The English translation is provided below. " I, Rajesh kumar from jharkhand is taking training in OGM Technical Institute, Gurgaon in Shuttering carpentry trade. This training is for 45-50 days and I have learnt about various tools and its usage. I also learnt about how to work with safety and how to work in right way. Within this training I was also given training on soft skills in which I learnt how to communicate at job. I got job offer even before completing my training and in last I would like to recommend everyone to join this training program and change their life’s as I did. "
17.01.2022 OGM training leading to NSH projects and career development As part of the commitment towards Saudization and playing its role in the Vision 2030 of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, NSH through its subsidiary company OGM Technical Institute Australia Pty Ltd, is providing internationally recognized workforce training to young Saudi nationals which are matched to industry needs, in skills such as Welding, Pipe Fitting, Scaffolding, Safety and Electrical. These skills courses are linked to NSH project requirements and provide long-term career opportunities for all successful graduates
14.01.2022 OGM DELIVERS INTERNATIONAL TRAIN THE TRAINER COURSE IN DAMMAM OGM Technical Institute Pty Ltd in partnership with Integrated Training Centre (ITC) successfully delivered the International Train the Trainer course at the ITC premises in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The intensive 7 days course was attended by 18 participants, from our partners in Saudi Arabia which included ITC and THIEP and also NSH/OGM trainers. Additionally, the course covered Presenting with Impact’, as well.... The course has been delivered by OGM Trainer Aminur Rahman with support from Abdulmohsen Alwabari. The graduates will now apply their training skills to deliver professional training, at an international level for the trainees at their respective institutes.
