22.01.2022 It’s a wrap! Thank you to everyone who came to this year’s Senior Performance Ensemble show, ‘Duty Free’. We were fortunate to have some fantastic socially-distanced audiences and it was great to see many of our younger students who came along to see what they could achieve if they continue with drama. We’ve had a great time working with this talented bunch and we’re sure they’ve had a ball throughout the whole experience & are already looking forward to the next one! Kath & Chris

No prior theatre or film experience is required for many of these roles, just character, charisma and a willingness to work with others! There are multiple Vietnamese and Taiwanese roles, as well as several white Australian and American roles.

13.01.2022 To all our fantastic students, families and supporters, for the health and safety of the community weve decided to close our OGrady Drama studios around Hobart for now and most likely next term. This has been a very difficult decision to make, but we feel its the right thing to do at this time and well continue to be guided by government and health authorities on the best time to re-open. In the meantime well be creating some dynamic online drama lessons and activities f...or all our amazing students to be able to stay connected with us and have some creative fun at home. 07.01.2022 We had some great fun this week running a couple of drama workshops for school holiday programs. Its always great to have some drama fun with kids who wouldnt usually get a chance to do much drama & acting skills! @ Hobart, Tasmania

06.01.2022 Important Update As an after-school childrens activity we are careful to ensure we follow appropriate guidelines and procedures. At this time of uncertainty, we are guided by the Federal and State Education authorities statements and policies. The official advice has not changed and relates primarily to self-withdrawal and not closure. We do advise that if a student is unwell or showing signs of being so, they should not attend for the recommended time. We are sure all... parents will advise us of individual circumstances. As an after school non-contact activity of one hour per week, we are well positioned to keep to the relevant guidelines. We are currently advising all students to wash their hands with soap and water on arrival (where possible), and we also have hand wipes available . We already have a keeping hands to ourselves rule which we will be diligently enforcing. We have also found some creative ways for the children to greet one another without touching hands and are getting our students to distance themselves from one another during class. This does not impact on our ability to teach the curriculum, and our classes are still lots of fun for our students! We will keep everyone updated as advice changes or events unfold in our area. We thank you for your support, and we hope that we can pull together to create some sense of normalcy for the children in these uncertain times.
