Job Responsibilities: Stock swaps with dealer network Registering vehicles Creating and maintaining new & used vehicle stock records within our Pentana systems Maintaining accurate stock lists Sourcing of stock to satisfy customer needs & arranging logistics accordingly Building & maintaining relationships with external Franchisers Liaising with Managers and Salespeople to ensure efficient movement of vehicles into stock and promptly for delivery to customers Administration duties Previous experience in the motor industry, in particular stock control, is advantageous / desirable but not necessary. Training will be provided. This position requires a high level of attention to detail with an outstanding work ethic. Police clearance for Registering Vehicles Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Valid driver's licence Intermediate computer skills, great phone and email etiquette / communication with strong interpersonal skills. This is a fulltime position, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday mornings by monthly roster.
