She donated the pigtails she had cut off, to be used to make wigs for people and kids that suffer hair loss due to cancer or alopecia.. Always shampoo your hair twice . the first shampoo clean the scalp and hair and the second treats the hair. weather its repairing, hydrating, detoxing or protection the colour Make sure you massage the shampoo with large circular movements at the scalp to lather then let the shampoo run over the ends and mid-lengths Before you apply your conditioner squeeze out the excess water the apply your conditioner and comb through to every distribute. then massage. 10.01.2022 So into multi toned, natural blonde lately... Just like @livshair.orenda created on Grace. Although this colour will grow out naturally and wont need re lightening as often all blondes will fade and the tones will become warmer .This is because as we lighten hair we expose the natural underlying gold and orange pigments. The good news is that it doesn't take much to maintain the tones at home! Investing in a great blonde shampoo or conditioner is a must! Replacing your ...normal shampoo or conditioner once or twice a week will do the trick. (too often and you may over tone and cause you blonde to look dull and dirty) We suggest Kevin Murphy Blonde Angel or O&M blonde treatment We would also recommend a top up toning service in the salon between lightening services. It will stop any brassiness , keep it looking shiny and and extend the life of your blonde.

10.01.2022 Embrace your curls....... Want to stop straightening and fighting the frizz? Here are our top tips that may help you love your curls 1. prepare your hair for your hair cut.. come in with your hair in it's natural curl on either day one or day two after you've shampooed it. That way we can see how the curls lay and the texture of each curl, allowing us to visually define and shape your hair for it's unique texture ... 2. pre - treat your hair before you shampoo. Apply a conditioner to dry hair in sections and work it in. leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes. This will help soften and detangle your hair. 3. Use a low lathering sulphate free shampoo for maximum hydration and don't shampoo every day. 4. Tip you head over in the shower to apply your conditioner, work it down through the hair and scrunch it into the ends. Well moisturised curls will have better definition. 5. Apply your styling and curl defining products to wet hair as soon as you step out of the shower. Putting products on wet hair locks in the moisture and allows the curls to clump and form. 6. work the product through in sections working it into curls, then let it air dry or diffuse but don't touch, comb or brush them or you will end up with a fuzz. Of course there are lots of different types of curly hair from waves and loose curls to tight spirals and coils and each head of hair is unique... 05.01.2022 Our team love a colour correction.. It can often be a challenge to achieve the results that the client wants without compromising the condition and integrity of the hair. Bethany had been bleaching her hair for quite a while and it was banded, over processed and not looking healthy.. The goal was to have a more natural highlighted look that didn't need to be lightened as often.... To achieve this Alivia used a combination of balayge and foils to add multiple colour tones and leave out some of the blonde. There was about 8 bowls of various colour formulas at this stage. Once processed and rinsed, a deeper colour was smudged at the roots and the ends were toned with a gloss to blend everything together. Cor restore bond building treatment was added to the gloss colour to protect and strengthen the hair. To ensure Bethany's hair stays in the best condition possible and her colour stays shiny and fresh she will come in for a toner and treatment in 4 weeks. See more
