02.01.2022 The well-being and safety of our staff and community is our first priority. We are actively following the Australian government and monitoring the developments of COVID-19. All OHC staff are trained in personal hygiene habits. To further protect our clients, we have implemented additional frequency and enhanced cleaning protocols. After each treatment, therapists will continue to wash their hands as they have been directed and disinfect all items used during the service. We h...ave also added enhanced treatment protocols in the waiting room. OHC clinic is not a place where a mass amount of people gather. However, we will keep a longer gap ( 30 minutes) between appointments to deep clean and also to reduce the opportunity for human contact. 1.5 social distance and 4 square meter rule will be obeyed in the waiting area. In order to maintain our safe clinic atmospheres, we have the COVID-19 Plan policy that clients and therapists must follow during the service: Anyone with cold, flu-like symptoms or who has just been overseas or COVID-19 high-risk outbreak areas needs to reschedule their appointments until they are well or COVID-19 tested negative. Any staff with cold, flu-like symptoms, contacting anyone tested COVID-19 positive or from COVID-19 high-risk outbreak must stop working and see the doctor immediately. Clients are highly recommended to clean hands with the hands sanitizer that we provide when they enter the clinic and after the treatment. Anyone visiting the clinic, contact information needs to be recorded and every client needs to fill up the COVID-19 screening form every visit. Clients must wear masks to cover the nose and mouth during treatment, and therapists must wear level 1 or type 1 disposable surgical masks during each treatment. Staff must clean their hands after treatment and before leaving the clinic. This policy helps to protect staff members, therapists, and other clients from being exposed to COVID-19 and any other virus. We remain committed to the safety of our staff and the local community.
