It takes huge dedication to become proficient or a specialist in any one event....it takes a gigantic dig further into your strength, determination and mental focus to become proficient in two or three events! 23.01.2022 Congratulations to Denim O'Halloran Brown on placing 2nd in the Juvenile at Manumbar 2019. Riding Hollywood Pin Up Girl. A double cross Hollywood, By the great stallion Mabo, out of Hollywood Centerfold ( Hollywood Showdown x Magnum force). Also a big Congratulations to Ryder O'Halloran Brown, on 4th in the Juniors. 23.01.2022 I was recently asked for some memorabilia for the NRA Rodeo Queen display, I was going through some photos when, l thought l would post photos of our Hollywood Return Horses and our journey with them. The first one should be the horse that started it all...and this was him NO RETURN - 1st Cross QH gelding Sire - H'Wood Return Dam - TB mare... He was selected and purchased by Pat and brother Dennis, in 1974. Pat broke him in and worked him and was Roping and Steer Wrestling on him in his 3yr old year. This horse won inexcess of $100 000, on the Rodeo circuit in the Rope & Tie, Steer Wrestling and hazing. He was the chosen horse of many of the Professional Cowboys, on the APRA, NRA and ABCRA circuits, with many times taking multiple cowboys and Cowgirls to the pay window at the one rodeo. His amazing, speed and the innate Cow Sence of a Hollywood, made him a great Campdrafter as well, and he did more of that in his later years, with John Smith Sr aboard. He was sold by Pat, and as his name suggests, would Not Return, however he was purchased by my brother, John Smith Jr and campaigned extensively. He remained in our our family. His last assignment was the 1994 Pro Masters, which we won over $2500 and the NRCA Pro Masters Australian All Round Cowgirl Champion! He was the Alpha.... See more

21.01.2022 For sale :- 2 Broodmares $660 each. Regretful sale, through no fault of their own, due to drought. These mares are NOT drought affected, photos taken 25-08-19. We have to reduce our numbers due to the dry , so these two have to go. Both mares have had 3 foals, all quiet and athletic. Buckskin is the Dam of Kings Treasure SEEKER, Chestnut is dam of Red Dog Saloon ( both listed on this FB page.) Please feel free to Share or tag.

16.01.2022 We would like to congratulate Tahnee Warry on the purchase of Treasure. These photos show she settling into her new home and life well. Already got a glow on her! No doubt we will see you both again and we are always available to help along the way. She is such a doll!!
13.01.2022 In this crazy busy life, we put in the points, but don't really keep track, so we were surprised to find out that Hollywood Morn Jet won this beautiful trophy buckle for AQHA Heeling Horse 2019. He sustained an injury as a youngster, and the decision was made not to sell him, and he remains in the Flohr and O.H.Corral family. He is out of the great broodmare, Tyrone Morn Rose, by Hollywood Showdown. Morn Jet, along with Hollywood Hitman were two Hollywood Showdown geldings to win AQHA Highpoint buckles in 2019!!!

05.01.2022 This photo was sent to me today. It is John Smith Jr and his great horse "Navan King Richie" AKA "Black". On chase for the APRA Rookie of the Year, 1988. Black was by the outstanding Rodeo horse sire, "Hill King Pistol" , that you will see in the bloodlines of our foals by King Hollywood (who is out of a Hill King Pistol mare). Black was an outstanding Roping and Barrel Racing horse as were so many of his siblings. Coco, Chesty, and Dandee of Nev &Yasmin McCarthy's, Alan Knox's Rodeo Blue, Helena Simpkin's Black and Vicki Cook's Trigger, just to name a few.

02.01.2022 This is one of the few photos l have seen of Driftwood as a young horse. We have tried to preserve this blood in our two mare we have, that was out of the Driftwood Great Granddaughter, "Drift Again". Driftin in Hollywood and Sonic Drift, both by Hollywood Showdown are these mares. Driftin in Hollywood, arguably one of our best mares, was bred to "Ikes Double Drift". This union was to concentrate the "Driftwood" blood, and the "Rodeo" genes. The result is a beautiful buckskin filly.
