Lisa hails from Scotland (my kids still can’t understand her on phone calls ) and has 3 beautiful kiddos and a super smart hubby who also gets on calls with the two of us. She loves a good wine and cheese platter (it’s how we bonded ) and she also owns @allinallparties which specialise in kids parties and events!

10.01.2022 PSA for Nov 2nd Pre-Orders We’ve had what we have nicknamed ‘Hell Week’ at HQ. So here’s the run through - We’ve recently moved to a major warehouse & majority of orders have SHIPPED but unfortunately some people have not received confirmation so I (Raya) am going through each individual order that has been sent and manually resending your confirmation email today. We have also been hearing that our email updates have not been reaching some of you please c...heck your junk mail. We have been sending email updates regularly to keep everyone informed of what’s going on. We are currently receiving hundreds of emails a day so please bare with us in responding - we have seen you and are coming back to you ASAP. Please remember there is an actual human at the other end of your email. If you have already received your order PLEASE check it to make sure everything you ordered is in there. With new warehousing that runs solely on machines and barcoding we want to make sure everything is in your order (sometimes machines can be tricky) If you have not received your order - it is on its way! There are a handful that are being collected by couriers this week but you will get your email resent today if you haven’t already received it. Please be kind. We are real humans and we have gone through exceptional growth the last 2 months to improve all our services. We’ve hit some unforeseen hiccups with these integrations but they’re on the improve.
