19.01.2022 Flashbacknowand then I had to dig around to find and show my drivers licence this week at the post office for a parcel pickup. And oh wow!! That photo hasn’t been updated since maybe 2008-2009 (thanks to doing online renewal options).... I was about 7kg lighter in my mid 20s, than I am right now. But I had lots of extra swelling in my face, crazy heavy and painful cycles, and an immune system as strong as an eggshell in a toddler’s chubby hands. All this to say It’s good to reflect and see how far you’ve come. It’s good to listen to your body. It really does want to tell you how things really areand it’ll show you, too. It’s good to know that pain doesn’t have to be a lifelong contract. If you’re not finding answers where you are right now, ask other sources. P.S. it’s also good to say hi again. I’ve taken a long break to rest without rushing the process. Thank you to the sweet friends who DM’d to check in. It touched my heart. You’re the bees-knees!

18.01.2022 Joining all the women before, and to come, who will rave about this oil at that time of the month. It’s not often I pull this one off the shelf (I mean, look at how old this label is; I’ve had it for years!!) but she does work a treat when you think your only other option is to be curled up in a ball for the day I used a couple of drops and rubbed into my lower abdomen. ... Have you tried this before? Let me know what you thought of it!

13.01.2022 Crushing on this pretty palette. I made these roller labels as a February gift for my team (if you’re in our tribe but didn’t get the email, DM me!). And I keep coming back to this colour palette. *Almost* like that time I couldn’t get enough of Celine Dion’s My heart will go on theme song from Titanic. After 2.5hrs repeat on my CD player, my mum came into my room and said something like turn it off already!! It’s been 2 hours!! ... Anyone had an infatuation like that before? Or is that just me?
