08.01.2022 Some Sunday sharing...... Last week I shared how on Sunday’s particularly I like to go slow. This isn’t always possible, especially in this L O U D world. Everything fighting for our attention!!! It can be as ‘simple’ as just finding a few minutes of silence in your day. Some time for you, to find some space I highlight ‘simple’ as even though the most profound practices are simple, they’re not necessarily easy. It’s important to make this time for ourselves, to give yourse...lf permission..... Set a timer for 1, 2 maybe 3 minutes and just sit, back against the wall, close your eyes and breathe.
