25.01.2022 Posting on Instagram stirs much anxiety within me... I might be down for this post and I will express myself nonetheless ... I hear the catch cry "making shap...es" on social media ... I have been making shapes for many years... And yes I my mind can deliver a message to my body .. "Make the shape" and it works... The body makes the shape.. However, for me making shapes is not deep practice .. I need deep devotion not shapeshifting..... As I age my body hungers for soul movements.... Movements from the soul aching for freedom from the entangled paradigm ... Using the reverence of the breath to animate the movement .. Breath without reverence, like movement without reverence, like business without reverence, like politic without reverence, and any activity without reverence, reflects the same thing: one soul preying upon another weaker soul... Before you "make the shape" ask yourself : is this movement, is this action, is this proclivity an animation of my soul or just another unconscious expression of my powerlessness... Oops See more
