16.01.2022 Things to consider: Microblading is a manual insertion method which uses a row of pins to create a very shallow scratch to the surface go the skin. Each scratch forms a unique hyper-realistic stoke and must be created at a precise depth to take. Strokes made too shallow wont take and strokes made too deep can cause pigment too blur and possibly damage the skin. This technique is not recommended for frail or translucent skin or those with enlarged pores or oily skin. As the ...ink is implanted into the epidermis, it has a shorter life span and factors including the sub, bleach creams, exfoliation, over active sebaceous glands and high skin cell turnover can increase the fading process. LIFE SPAN: 12-18 months SKIN TYPES: Not suitable for those with skin conditions, frail, enlarged pores or excessively oily skin . Machine brows inserts the pigments slightly deeper into the skin using a needle cartridge by means of a tattoo pen. Thousands of coloured pixels are created to fill the area with colour. Colour can be applied softly for a powdered effect or heavily to create a more defined edge. This technique is similar to skin needling in which small perforations are made on a 90 degree angle which leaves no damage to the skin. As the pigment is inserted deeper, it has a longer life span and will eventually metabolise in your system over many years. This technique is suitable for all skin types however thickened oily skin may be more prone to scabbing which can be devastating to the tattoo. LIFE SPAN: 2-4 years SKIN TYPES: Suitable for all skin types
