We’re looking for a legendary part-time bookkeeper to join the crew in our Caringbah office. If you know someone out of work, a mumma or friend looking for a part time gig, give us a yell or a call. 23.01.2022 Having trouble staying on top of things in your business? Here is one of my favorite principles that I refer back to when i'm overwhelmed or heading off track into an abyss of a stress induced snaccident. -The 4 D's - Do it, Delete it, Delay it, Delegate it. Think of your emails. ... DO IT, straight away if it will take less than 15 minutes. DELETE IT, if its junk or not important. You wont read it later!! DELAY IT. If it will take more than 15 minutes, lock in a time at a later date to get it done. Don't just think about it. Put it in your calendar!! DELEGATE IT. Is it important that you do this task? Can someone else do it for you? Now do me a favour, take the 4 D's into the rest of this week with you then come back and tell me what you thought about them.

16.01.2022 Hubdoc Hubdoc is a great tool to go paperless with your receipts. Get rid of that shoebox under your desk!! One snap of that receipt in the app and you can throw it away. If you don't already have a Hubdoc subscription, boy, do we have good news for you. Xero has recently acquired Hubdoc and for a small increase in your Xero fees ($2) you will have access to Hubdoc via Xero. If you are not using Hubdoc already and are interested reach out ! 16.01.2022 Things we do! Good books! We’ll never do dodgy work for your biz. Call us goodie two shoes. But it means tip-top books (and toe tap shoes). It also means the ATO will be cool with you, no matter what.

15.01.2022 Write everything down. Invest in a hardcover notebook and carry it with you everywhere. Write down every little idea that comes into your head! Even if you don’t have your own business yet. This will become your business road map. It will write the future of your business!!

For me at the moment the thing that I have been lagging with is SOCIAL MEDIA! A massive part of not only my Business Marketing but most Business’ in general. One of the things that I have found to make it a whole lot easier is to find a business buddy! Not just anyone in business but someone in your field that has a similar target market as you.
