14.01.2022 A little DIY insp for your Thursday. Room sprays are one of my faves, especially for the bathroom. No sprays laden with toxic chemicals that make you gasp for air, just plant inspired goodness. You can mix up the oils, depending what you’re into, but here’s an idea. What you need: ... cup Witch Hazel cup Distilled Water (or boiled water that has cooled) Funnel 200mL Spray Bottle 5 drops Lavender essential oil 5 drops Lemon essential oil 3 drops Peppermint essential oil Method: - Pour the witch hazel in a jar - Add the essential oils - Put the lid on the jar and shake well - Add the water into the spray bottle using a funnel - Add the witch hazel and essential oil mix to the spray bottle - Shake well and use. 14.01.2022 I ain’t gonna lie, I’ve been struggling with the necessary changes to my food intake in order to kill these parasites in my gut and stop feeding the candida. There are so many foods that are off limits and I’ve found it difficult to know what to eat, especially when I want something quick in the morning. I found a recipe last week that’s pretty tasty, fills me for a bit and doesn’t contain things I can’t have right now. I can make it fairly quickly before work and I like that it’s warm. 05.01.2022 Set the tone for your day nice and early. Have your uplifting oil ready to go by the diffuser the night before. Get it running as soon as you get up and watch the mood of the household change. Coffee also helps
03.01.2022 I use the On Guard cleaner concentrate to make my multipurpose spray every fortnight. 15mls of the concentrate in a 500ml spray bottle, topped with water, is perfect. But I love to change the scent up so I add 10 drops of a different essential oil each time. In all these years I have NEVER added Lavender....until last week. Why have I never done this before???!!! It smells amazing!! Could be a new fave What essential oil do you like to add to your cleaning sprays?
