05.02.2022 Nothing gets us more frustrated and furious than seeing ‘backyard’ jobs such as this Honestly, we have no words to describe it. A 49 year old woman whose husband is overseas decided to get a bathroom renovation done as a little surprise for when he gets back.... Let’s go through these photos one by one: Photo 1 - Not only are the tiles not the same type or colour, they don’t even match up, and they’re cut at all different shapes as if it was a big jigsaw puzzle! Photo 2 - Shower screens are meant to match up and sit flush with one another! Not overlap!! Photo 3 - This is probably the best one so farmore jigsaw-puzzle-tiling, power-point and light switch have not been readjusted and placed above the tiles, but the best thing, is the different style of tiles used above the power-point. The fact that people have the audacity to take someones money, give them a final product that’ll make you cringe, and walk away like as if everything is okastounds me You can rest assured that with OHS Property Maintenance, our work is done to the highest degree of competence and customer satisfaction. 23.01.2022 At first most tradies would look at this and think to themselves oh God Not us We looked at is and said consider it done to the owners ... What was originally there had been damaged due to the weather, so much so that it became brittle and would literally crumble in our hands. Everything had to be ripped off. No touch up jobs for this Starting with a clean slate, posts, hand railings and balustrades all had to be sized up and cut perfectly. Four days later, one by one, piece by piece, screw by screw it finally came together looking like a million dollars. And yes, we weatherproofed it so we don’t have another scene out of a horror movie in the near distant future.
