09.01.2022 Dear Club Members, We are happy to announce that will be re-opening on the 16/11/2020 which is the Monday in two weeks. -There will need to be new rules in line with the guidelines set for COVID safe operation. ... -The new class timetable will be: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Junior Class (Ages 4-12): 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM Senior Class (Ages 13+): 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM - You will need to choose which night(s) you would like to attend throughout the term. Please send your attendance request to: [email protected]. In your email, please include your name, which day and which class. A confirmation email will be sent to you. - Masks must be worn. - No observers will be permitted within the club. - There will be extra cleaning. - Temperature checks before entry. - Please if you are feeling unwell or believe you might have come in contact with some with COVID-19, please refrain from coming to class. -Training will be strictly non-contact. 07.01.2022 Dear Club Members, Thank-you for your patience during the COVID-19 crisis. I hope you and your family have been keeping well through the lockdown. The Victorian Government has announced that from 22nd June indoor sport centres can open with up to 10 people per group/activity, in single undivided indoor space, at any one time. Given taekwondo is practiced indoors and involves shouting (in the form of kiyap), we want to make sure everyone is safe. With consideration to these, w...e will reopen the taekwondo centre at the start of Term 3, Monday 13 July. -There will need to be some new rules in order to maximise everyone’s safety. -There will be a new class timetable in order to accommodate everyone. The new timetable will be; Monday - Friday Junior Class A: 4.45 - 5.45pm Junior Class B: 6.00 7.00pm Senior Class: 7.10 8.10pm Saturday Mixed Class : 10.00 11.30am (children will finish at 11.00am) - You will need to choose which night(s) you would like to attend throughout the term. Please send your attendance request to: [email protected]. In your email, please include your name, which day and which class. A confirmation email will be sent to you. - There will be no toddler classes but toddlers can nominate to attend a Junior class. - No observers will be permitted within the club. - There will be extra cleaning. - Please if you are feeling unwell or believe you might have come in contact with some with COVID-19, please refrain from coming to class. -Undoubtedly there will be some teething issues as we sort out the processes but we will do our best to get the best outcomes for everyone. This 4 week postponement is for everyone safety due to our club being located in a lockdown suburb. If there are any questions please do not hesitate to reach out. ...
