25.01.2022 So many accessories to choose from... these are my top 3 15ml dropper- makes those slooooow oils come out quicker. Who has time to stand there waiting for their Cedarwood to drop out Roller top - upcycle those pretty bottles and get every last drop out. ... Spray top- again, upcycle your bottles and pop them around the house for non toxic room spray, perfume, ant spray etc.

23.01.2022 CASTILE SOAP One of the most versatile, must have, non toxic DIY ingredients to have in your home. Its just liquid soap and mine comes in a recyclable and upcyclable bottle. It is organic and palm oil free containing only filtered rainwater and soap made from organic coconut oil and olive oil and its also made in Australia. It contains no synthetic detergents, is 100% biodegradable and has no preservatives. ... What do I use it for? When it comes to cooking I only use olive oil or coconut oil. I no longer purchase vegetable oil or the like as it has no nutritional value and is so bad for our bodies. 14.01.2022 I try to avoid buying cereal as much as I can for the kids. I understand how easy it makes mornings but I hate the amount of sugar in them and the lack of nutrients. During winter we do warm oats most mornings thanks to the thermomix doing it on autopilot, which gives me 11 minutes to get myself ready. I try to bake different muesli recipes for the kids to keep them interested. ... A few cups of organic oats, good quality maple syrup, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and Pumpkin seeds. Mix it all up, bake in a moderate oven for 20 mins, mixing it every few minutes. Then Ill add some sulphate free dried fruit. The kids will then drench it in almond milk and put some @cravenatural honey on top

13.01.2022 Zipzicles!! We love our zipzicles in summer. We like to either make our own blitzed frozen fruit or use locally made Mudgee cordial. There are so many flavour combinations you can make AND I also stock the holders for little hands that dont like holding frozen items. A quick tip with your pouches: once youve washed them, pop them back into the freezer until youre ready to make your next batch. 12.01.2022 Good after school snack right here. I usually have bliss balls in my freezer for my kids to snack on that are full of nutritious ingredients. Dont be limited to using wild orange though. Peppermint and chocolate is a great combo too or any of the other citrus oils

I dont ever wash out my bottles especially when I want to upcycle a bottle that is going to contain that oil anyway. Simply pop in whatever additional essential oils you need, add some FCO and which ever top you prefer for application. ...
