25.01.2022 Take the warnings seriously guys. This Friday Saturday we have horrible conditions all around us again. I’ve spoken to many that don’t have fire plans in place - even after last Saturday.. ... Don’t be put off with others saying your being over cautious, melodramatic, over thinking - be damn proud that when and if the time comes, you have your shit organised to help save your family and animals/house and won’t be caught unaware! Do not pack your bags when the time is just here - get organised and prepare right now. This also means making sure you know what to do with your pets and the who has what job and how that should happen. Your not immune to these blazes around us nor ones that can ignite close to us. We have beautiful dense dry escarpment and bush all around us, this = fuel which can go up in seconds. Stay safe guys, it’s better to be over prepared then under prepared

16.01.2022 Well .... Christmas DIY classes are a wrap for this year! I think my guests made amazing, thoughtful, cost effective, eco friendly gifts for their loved ones or themselves and of course went on to learn another set of skills to help make more if they want to! I had a heap of fun connecting with all my guests and loved seeing the creative juices flowing ... A huge thanks to those that made the time to come along - time is precious so appreciate the sharing with me!

16.01.2022 This year the Advent Calenders look a little different Nothing better then seeing eyes alight with excitement over what could be in my bag today! Could be fav treats, affirmations, date nights booked, notes telling them what I’m super proud of and of course the odd bit of choccie! ... Your never too old for an advent calendar, and if you say you are I call bull poop! This has been a hit so far and I’ve loved stumbling upon ‘surprises’ the last few months to what to put in these reusable bags What’s your advent calendar looking like this year?

13.01.2022 It’s been dark and eerie since we woke today. This was taken when we could see the escarpment again - the sun almost peering through. My son was worried of the ash falling down and wreaking his hat today - I just reminded him that he is very lucky to even still have a hat and a house to come back to - many are homeless and stranded near, in and among these out of control fires in NSW. Another son sent videos of being evacuated in a boat while the Helo took buckets of wa...ter to the fires around him - he told me not to worry - ummm tell me Mums you wouldn’t be concerned?! No way in or out... Hearing of further deaths due to this amazing yet absolutely terrifying weather, brings a bit of a somber moment of welcoming 2020 in. It’s solidified what goals I wish to pursue in 2020 though, challenging always, heart felt fulfilling most definitely - as I’ve said to my sons - move your not a tree! Thank you to those that allowed me into their lives, opened their living rooms for me to teach, training sessions for those wanting to sweat, new friends, old friends, friends on other paths, business partners, training partners ...... anyone that I’ve had involved in mine or the families lives - I appreciate you all. I’ve been a little quiet of late on here, doing a lot of thinking and reevaluating, focusing on family and loved ones... Stay tuned for more teaching but in a way different manner and expertise! After today and the weather still to come to NSW - Hug your loved ones. Tell them show them what they mean to you, because you never know what may be around the corner

04.01.2022 I’m definitely not a ‘Gardener’ but something has me in the garden daily and I have to say it’s amazing for the soul!! I also love the fact I’m keeping the bugs at bay every 3/4 days by spraying the produce with safe and clean pesticide options. Castile Soap, Olive Oil, Essential Oil and filtered water ... It’s working so far, and after my mini heart attack noticing my tomato leaves where being eaten I came at those little suckers with the following - Approx 5L of water, 2/4 TBSP Olive Oil, choose your oils (I like lavender and tea tree but there’s cedarwood, peppermint, Basil etc...) squirt the Castile soap in and shake. Apply in the evening so not to burn your plants during the day.... fingers crossed for a successful growing season! Do you have a veggie garden? What’s it got in it?
