05.01.2022 These calves were weaned early at between 60-100kg onto Oilseeds Australia Ruminant Production Pellets after the first few weeks on powdered milk. They went straight onto the pellets without any problems and gained between 1.9-2.3kg/day on 6kg pellets. Garry was very happy with the result.

01.01.2022 Oilseeds Australia are running a 90 day dairy pellet trial at an intensive dairy operation in the Southern Riverina. In order to capture as much data as possible we have installed a weather station. This information will be used to analyse impacts of weather on production. The dairy is equipped with milk meters, and herd testing will be conducted each month. Feeding equipment is fitted with scales to measure feed inputs fed and weigh backs if any. ...
