21.01.2022 Oregano Have you smelt Oregano essential oil? It is, lets just say, interesting! It is one of the most potent & powerful essential oils & has been used for centuries in traditional practices. This is an oil I always recommend you dilute due to its high phenol content, caution should be taken when inhaling or diffusing Oregano less is definitely more when working with Oregano!! I like to add a drop to some of my cooking at the end but remember to use a toothpick to just get a touch of Oregano oil & swirl it through or you may find yourself starting dinner all over again! Yes I made this today and it turned out beautifully..Im soo happy with the result. ... Now I did make this for a certain person in my house who has a few issues . Ill let you work it out from the photos. The oil I used was Rosemary and I might have put a few extra drops in it I was looking for a suitable container and I remembered the container for my body scrub was empty..and its a great shape for big hands so I upcycled and wullar ...perfect ..
