Ready to grab and go for breakfast or mid morning office snack I used frozen mixed berries and topped with banana just before eating.... Yum!!! 13.01.2022 Hair care is self-care! Take care of your hair at home with this homemade deep hair conditioner featuring essential oils. It is easy to make and will help leave your hair soft, smooth and smelling great. What you will need:... 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 8 drops dTERRA essential oils (suitable for topical use) Some essential oil suggestions include Lavender, Rosemary, Geranium, and Clary Sage. You can use one or all of the essential oils in your deep conditioner. Instructions: 1. Put coconut oil, olive oil, and essential oils in mixing bowl. 2. Mix with an electric hand mixer or blender on medium/high speed for five minutes or until ingredients are whipped to a thick and creamy consistency. 3. Once whipped, apply to clean, dry hair. 4. Comb through with wide tooth comb to evenly distribute. 5. Let sit 1520 minutes. 6. Rinse, shampoo and style as desired. * Repeat once a week or as often as desired.
