17.01.2022 Well.... last Monday was one of the worst days of my life. We said Goodbye to our Georgie dog. We are beyond shattered and can’t believe he’s not here... but after 4 months of steroids and acupuncture we did all we could for our boy. I’ve been using Peace and Console like it’s going out of fashion and it’s really helping. I had to share with you, this is my Happify card that I pulled out the day after he died! #thankspup #missyou #staffy #furkid

15.01.2022 I'M BAAAAACK! Sorry gang... been MIA from the page for a while. Super busy weeks! Crazy times!! I really want to talk about ROSEMARY oil! My youngest daughter is 6 months old now (I know.... right!) anywhooo.... the human body is a crazy thing and not only after 9 months of creating a human then giving birth to that giant baby.... at about 4 months post partum your hair starts to fall out! Lovely right! I started using ROSEMARY oil on my hair a few months ago..., and even though nightly I smell like a pizza shop my hair is a lovely, healthy shiny and thick! (In my trademark mum bun breadroll as my 4 year old calls it!) You can also use this beautiful oil in anything you would use the herb for! Happy Sunday! Xxxx

14.01.2022 New Oils New Oils New Oils I New Oils day! My old faithfuls are in there... Lavender and Balance... (not only for the human kids!) I thought I’d try Litsea this month and TerraArmour for the upcoming mozzie season!

13.01.2022 Most of you know, but I’m sure some of you don’t.. my brother, Taylor, passed away aged 18 in 2008. My oldest daughter, Marli, 4, has acquired one of my brothers teddies from his childhood. As we were doing our nightly routine the other night she decided that Little Ted needed some oils, for him to sleep well (her words). Then out of nowhere Marli said ‘Beep!!! Uncle Tay sent me a text message!’ ‘Oh did he?’ I said. ‘Yep. (Holding a pretend iPhone at this point) uncle Tay said to take care of Little Ted for him. Thanks Marli love you smiley face!’ Lol! Marli didn’t know Tay but I’m so happy they share their little secrets from the other side!

12.01.2022 A few weeks back I intuitively picked out Geranium oil... personally I think it smells like sh.... unpleasant I had a read through my Emotions and Essential oils book and realised that it aids in a broken heart. Then, I realised the date. It was 10/10/17.... my brother would have been 28 on the 9/10/17. I guess it is what I needed after all!

09.01.2022 Hands up if you're a mum (or dad!) that forgot or didn't realize young babies go through stages!? ALL the stages. Is it Teething? Transitioning from swaddled to unswaddled? Rolling? Practicing party tricks at 4am? Yep me. I 'conveniently' forgot all this when I fell pregnant!! My perfect little sleeper has turned into a devil this week... BUT I know it's all just a phase, and this too shall pass! In the meantime these bad boys are keeping me sane (ish!?) Also copious amounts of caffeine but what's new eh?
