25.01.2022 BOGO is back folks! So for us in Aus and NZ we can buy one oil and get one oil free every day for 5 days.. have to process each order each day.. Todays is .... buy onGuard and get Easy Air FREE! I use both these regularly in my house so a bargain! onGuard not only to protect us but I clean with this every day, and Easy Air great for our air-ways.. not just when you have a cold... will post some more on these oils today.... If you need help, or would like to start out with oils and not started ping me.... BOGO is a great way to get your oil kit started at half the price! Nic x

24.01.2022 A day and a half in our house already.. one just dropped off for school camp and one off for a tooth removed.. oils oils oils HAHA! So.. for camp I made up a small kit bag for my eldest including: Tea Tree - bites and stings Lavender - burns and sore skin... Lavender Peace - Sleep onGuard Hand Spray - instead of the nasty hand sanitizers Correct X - grazes Balance & Wild Orange - calming and relaxing DigestZen - for the tummy for all the horror food!! .. seems a lot but little mini rollers in a keychain on her backpack! I am going to do an online class this week on oils for kids on the go! Have a great day! Nic x .. not my pick forgot to get a pic of our oily creations! x

22.01.2022 You have your oils.. now what! x Below some great diffuser recipes using the top 10 oils from Natalie. x ... and try your own.. you do not need to always pop more than one oil in the diffuser... I LOVE Bergamot so just diffuse that.. or Lemongrass is just wonderful on its own. My daughter has the ol fav Lavender on everynight before bed... do your own thing! xx

22.01.2022 More about our March Promo .. the amazing Deep Blue. Those that know me this was the product from doTERRA that sold me into the products - it is just amazing. I use both the cream and the oil.. Some things we use this for every day.. the cream use as is but the oil just pop a few drops in some carrier oil.. its strong! x... Sore neck from being on the computer all day Aches and Pains - both from exercise as well as those twinges from arthritis and plantar pains - this really supports and helps! Headaches - the migraine type! On the temples and down the back of the neck .. dont forget to use before not just after exercise If you are not working with any other doTERRA team please message me if you would like to try some for yourself! 21.01.2022 Vetiver.. strange smell this one.. I think it smells like soil (I use on my feet with lavender)x :) x HOWEVER for those that need sleep and calm... a few drops of this in the diffuser along with Lavender & Cedarwood its the bomb! Or on its own in a roller for the soles of the feet.. Or a few drops with Lavender and some Epson salts in the bath.. ... 09.01.2022 I ran out of doTERRA onGuard handwash last week.. kept meaning to post a GREAT recipe on here if you run out and waiting.. or just fancy a different essential oil in your hand wash ... DIY Foaming Hand Wash 2 tablespoons unscented liquid castile soap - I use Dr Bonners. 1 tablespoon Fractionated Coconut Oil... 10 drops favourite essential oil.. I used Purify in the kitchen and Elevation in the bathroom Instructions Pour castile soap and Fractionated Coconut Oil into bottle. (I used the doTERRA foaming hand wash bottles) Add essential oils. I used 5 - 6 drops. Slowly add water into bottle, making sure to leave room for the foaming pump. Add lid, shake, and you are good to go! When ready to use, just pump one to two times into hands and wash with warm water. SOOOOO lovely and cost next to nothing! xx

09.01.2022 SLEEP As we all know good sleeping habits can improve quality of life and overall health So important for our bodies and minds to have time to rejuvenate. For some people getting a better sleep isnt a matter of going to bed earlier or re-arranging their schedule - try using essential oils as part of a routine to help support you with sleep and relaxation and do not start this just before you go to bed..the key is make these part of your day.. For example...... Have a bath with relaxing oils, start diffusing these in the home when you get in from work and rub on the soles of the feet at bedtime and on your pillow. And no it is not just Lavender ... there are many wonderful oils that are wonderful for sleep include - Bergamot, Cedarwood, Lavender, Frankincense, Vetiver, Pettigrain, Roman Chamonile, Juniper Berry...
