25.01.2022 So this is an amazing easy recipe... have you noticed a trend? These are all such easy recipes with things around the house! So this is a little recipe for an Air Freshener! Grab a simple Mason jar. Put in the baking soda into the jar. Add your favourite essential oil that you like now. You can easily change this depending on your mood or what you might require now. ... Put a piece of fabric over the jar opening and seal with jar band. To keep an area smelling fresh, place the jar on a solid surface and shake often to activate the fresh scent. If the scent starts to fade, simply add 2-3 drops of essential oil to the jar. There you go! Perfect for when guests are coming! #cleaningwithessentialoils #essentialoils
25.01.2022 Want to give your clothes that extra boost! These sponges can be used over and over again and gives your clothes a boost of beautiful Lavender that smells divine and is so calming! Combine baking soda and hot water in glass container and stir. Add vinegar and mix, then add Lavender oil and stir until all ingredients are combined. Fill container with sponges, trimming sponges to fit if needed, and place lid on container.... To use: shake container, remove one sponge, wring out slightly, and place in dryer with wet clothes. Their bathroom mirror is constantly splattered with toothpaste foam! This bottle literally stays in my bathroom cause it is used so often! Add all ingredients into a spray bottle and shake well. Spray windows and mirrors and wipe down with microfibre cloth, newspaper or paper towels. Store unused solution for up to 2 to 3 ...months. 22.01.2022 So here's a nice one to clean the toilet bowl without the strong harsh bleach chemicals. Turn off the flow valve to toilet and flush 1 or 2 times until water is drained. Pour in baking soda, then slowly pour in vinegar. Be sure to get the vinegar to cover as much of the bowl surface as possible. (The baking soda will react with the vinegar and bubble.)... 15.01.2022 It's TRASH DAY! I love trash day! This is the day I get to deodorize my bins! This will make such a difference to your overall household odour! This helps to clean and purify the smell. Add the baking soda to a bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine the water and essential oils and add them to the baking soda by slowly stirring to achieve the desired paste. Transfer mixture into silicone molds or muffin pan and allow to dry overnight, or until the tablets hardened.... Place 1 to 2 tablets into trash cans throughout the house. Each tablet should be good for 30 days but check it trash day! Store unused tablets in an airtight container. After the scent isn't as strong anymore, I like to take the tablets in the bins in the house and transfer them to the bins outside and just crush them up. This helps to disperse the smell a bit. We also have a habit of washing out our street bins at least once a month. #cleaningwithessentialoils #essentialoils

11.01.2022 Keep this on hand for the colder months. I love to use Body Butter in the winter months as I feel they are so much more moisturising than the lotions. I use lotions more in the warmer months. Heat shea butter, coconut oil, and almond oil together over a double boiler. Cool mixture to room temperature and add essential oils. Lime and orange are perfect oils to assist in toning skin and energising the senses. Next, refrigerate mixture for an hour or so. ... Once solid, whip with mixing beaters until smooth. Store in a glass or stainless steel container. Don't forget to slather over body and smell the lovely citrus favours from your oils. #pamperwithessentialoils #essentialoils

Here's a simple spray that you can use on a whole bunch of surfaces and it's toxic free! Add all ingredients to a 12-ounce spray bottle and shake well. There's no special instuctions to use this. Spray on surface and clean! It pretty much good on countertops, porcelain surfaces, mirrors, tile and other household surfaces. Wipe with a microfiber cloth or clean sponge (envi...ronmentally friendly). I have these ingredients laying around at home as they have amazing properties on their own so this is so easy to whip up and use when my legs start to look a little like snake skin! In a mixing bowl, add the Himalayan salt. Mix in the grape-seed oil and almond or coconut oil. Add the essential oils and mix in thoroughly. ... Next, spoon scrub mixture into a glass jar and store at room temperature. Apply salt scrub during the shower for soft, healthy skin. 04.01.2022 This is a great recipe that I found online and am sharing with you guys. Oatmeal is such a soothing and is gentle for sensitive skin. Lavender and Roman Chamomile are both known for their calming benefits. Therefore, this makes a perfect partner for this milk bath. Stir dried milk, baking soda, and ground oats together.... Add the essential oils and stir together. Next, stir in the lavender flowers. Divide oatmeal milk bath into 3 small glass mason jars. For your bath: Add approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the oatmeal milk bath to warm water and stir to dissolve. The lavender flowers will soften a bit and float during the bath. Remember to remove them before draining the bath tub. Other essential oils to consider that would be wonderful for pairing are geranium, rose and jasmine. #pamperwithessentialoils #essentialoils

Use more baking soda to increase thickness as desired. Apply paste with a sponge and let sit for 30 minutes.... Wipe off with clean cloth, or with a sponge and water. Easy peasy!
