24.01.2022 I spent an amazing 2 days at Glenworth Valley at our Connection retreat watching the doTERRA Annual Convention online! So much oily information, so many beautiful people coming together for the same reason....to connect in person with each other (not much of that happening during the past year ), to spend some quality time with like minded people who are passionate about health & well-being, to learn more about our beautiful oils & how they can improve our life & get us off ...the merry-go-round of toxic, chemical filled crap that we have been using for years with no clue that they are the cause of our ailments! We watched some awesome videos & testimonials from doctors, scientists, farmers who grow the plants that create our beautiful oils, plus charity groups & organisations that doTERRA support worldwide. It was a fun & totally inspiring couple of days This woman's story is definitely my favourite, as it is aimed at ordinary, everyday people like you & me who just want to do the best for their family, & who don't realise that we might actually be harming them instead. Her background is being an ICU nurse specialising in respiratory illness! 09.01.2022 Had a great time away with my family, but have had a really bad back since we got home (maybe sitting too long on the trip back). This has been my go-to combo for pain relief, layered on one after the other. The Ice Blue Rub goes on last as this helps drive the other oils in for faster relief! Plus I've been taking the Copaiba soft gels & Turmeric capsules. What are your favourite oils for muscle pain relief?
