01.01.2022 Coconut Oil pulling . I made a batch of organic fractionated coconut oil & Thieves essential oil cubes to make my evening oil pulling nice and easy .... Oil pulling helps kill any bad bacteria, improves gum health and helps reduce bad breath. . Also a great way to help detoxify your body and draw out the toxins. . I add in some drops of Thieves oil to help boost my wellness also . I swish the oil in my mouth from around 10-20 minutes and spit into a tissue and then into the bin.... you don’t want all that bad bacteria going down your sink .... eeewwww .
