23.01.2022 Check this out below. Absolutely an essential in my household. I have one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. My son loves using this (and actually doesnt create such a mess in the bathroom like he did with normal soaps) and I have problems with soaps and the horrid chemicals I have to use at work drying my hands really badly. This does not dry my skin out but actually replenishes moisture and keeps those nasty bugs and germs at bay without the nasties in it like many hand sanitisers you get from the supermarket. I cannot recommend dTERRA OnGuard handwash highly enough. If you would love to get this into your home for less than retail (who on earth pays retail when they dont have to?) then pm me and we can make it happen x

13.01.2022 New year, time for some new self development and knowledge expansion. Back to the books it is for me. Doing some self-study online with a Diploma of Aromatherapy through Centre of Excellence. Currently have this diffuser blend going in my office/study at home as they are fantastic for learning and study. You can see below they have similar properties which is why they are a powerful trio for this purpose. Lemon is the oil of focus. It aids alertness, mental clarity is great... for mental exertion during work or study. Peppermint is also great for alertness and invigorates the mind. 10.01.2022 I have all these in touch rollers which are pre-diluted for topical use but would love to get rose and jasmine as their pure, undiluted form to use sparingly in the diffuser to create beautiful floral scents in my home.

10.01.2022 Ok so Ive missed posting the last 2 days of BOGO but hopefully you managed to catch it elsewhere. Ill fully admit that intune is not one of my favs on smell but it does seem to help when I need to focus. I do tend to split it into a smaller roller and dilute it with a carrier oil as I find it is a bit hot on my skin. I use this on the back of my neck at the base of the skull to help me focus when my mind is wandering from the task. (Also apply here so I cant smell it as m...uch) Juniper berry is a fantastic one to add to a diffuser for sleep, especially for little ones who have nightmares or adults who just cant turn the brain off at bedtime. I like to combine with cedar wood and patchouli for those times when my brain just wont stop. Its like flicking a switch to turn the thoughts off and be able to get a peaceful, deep and restorative sleep. 05.01.2022 Yay!!! Finally a new wellness box for those who love to use their oils in cooking. Personally I love to use rosemary, oregano basil and lemon oils in my spag bol in winter (my son and I call it our bug buster spag and I add them in at the end of cooking so I dont destroy their benefits. ... I also love to use cinnamon, clove or cardamom in lovely warming oatmeal for breakfast, and the Lemon and ginger in tea with a bit of honey is another winter favourite for me to boost the immune system and warm up from the cold weather. Its so soothing and comforting. What are some of your favourite recipes or ways you use your oils in food/drinks?
