16.01.2022 Peppermint definitely helps clear my sinuses. I place 1 to 2 drops into my hands and inhale. you can also add peppermint to the diffuser to have it circulating through your living areas. Past tense is wonderful when I have a persistent headache or Migraine. The deep blue roller is great to rub around the back of your neck, which is often where migraines start, from neck tension and pain.
