24.01.2022 I hope you have all had a great Christmas and New Year. After having to take a break from farmers markets over December we are now in full swing again. We are back at Kyilla Community Market every Saturday and we are at Stirling Farmers Market every Sunday fortnight. I came across this great article about Reishi Mushrooms this morning. I’ll be selling them at Kyilla market tomorrow. They are called Sword Belt or in Japan they are known as Yanagi Matsutake. 01.01.2022 Looking for a yummy recipe? Teriyaki King Oyster mushrooms. So simple! Just 2 tablespoons of light Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar. Marinate for 15 minutes and then fry in a frypan. Unbelievably delicious. This week we will be at the Kyilla Community Market in North Perth on Saturday morning and Stirling Farmers Market on Sunday Morning. We have Oyster Mushrooms, Shiitake, Lions Mane, Swordbelt and Chestnut mushrooms.
