I am also in the process of restoring the original heritage scotch oven from the old Dunalley Bakery (1916). It is very exciting stuff to bring something so old to life and it works a treat. But to start with, while restoration continues, I'm offering a 30% wholemeal, 10 hour - Wild Ferment Wheat Sourdough, Kibbled and sprouted rye and Fruit loaf" Okines Community House Okines Community Garden

01.01.2022 Need a quick yummy easy to make treat? Something sweet, but healthy, try these 3-ingredient raw cacao bites, they taste so good... Ingredients: all available from the co-op.... 1 cup walnuts (115 g) 1 cup Medjool dates (200 g) (fresh or dried dates are ok)... 2 tbsp raw cacao Instructions: Place the walnuts in a food processor or a powerful blender (food processors work better) and blend until they have a crumbly texture. Add the dates and the cacao and blend again. Make balls with your hands and they’re ready to serve. You can store the bites in a sealed container at room temperature, or keep them in the fridge, especially in summer. And for a few more recipes using raw cacao.... https://www.bestrecipes.com.au//best-cacao-recip/aw0svadw
