25.01.2022 There's going to be an Oki-Do Yoga workshop on Cup day, Tuesday 5 Nov over at our St Kilda dojo from 10am-3pm. There will be a focus on purification ~ mind and body, just the thing for Spring. A delicious lunch will be included. Please contact us for bookings.

23.01.2022 This Saturday at the Oki-do Carlton Centre - OPEN DAY and it is FREE!

23.01.2022 Oki-Do Yoga was opened by Takao Nakazawa around 30 years ago. For the past 25 years the centre was at 3 Waterloo Street, but now the building will be sold and we will be looking for a new space to be opened soon. Closing date will be end of August 2013. In the month of August there will be Oki-Do events, please join us. We also require people to give a hand to close the centre (cleanup, moving, garage sale, finding a new space etc). Please pass this on to others that are conn...ected to Oki-Do Yoga. www.okido.org.au

19.01.2022 Chanting last Saturday to say thank-you to the Oki-Do Yoga Carlton centre for 25 incredible years! <3 We've enjoyed so much study, laughter and sharing together over the years. Thank-you to everything and everyone who has made this possible. Classes at the St Kilda centre are ongoing and classes will be resuming in the Carlton area soon. Keep your eyes peeled!

12.01.2022 Yesterday Izumi held a macrobiotic pickling class at the St Kilda centre. This is the second day pickling of the red radishes. The color and taste has transformed beautifully!

03.01.2022 Oki-Do Yoga will be running a 3 week Oki-Do Healing Course on Wednesdays starting 19 Feb, 6:10-8:10pm. Learn about internal function correction, simple corrective movement and methods for relaxing.
