23.01.2022 Aged Care Facility Pimpama Aged care project located in the newly formed suburb of Pimpama in Queensland. The facility is located within the prestigious retirement village developed by Halcyon. The site abuts the natural reserve and wetlands. The design allows for direct access from common indoor spaces to outdoors to take advantage of the natural setting. Residents also have direct access to secure courtyards which are fitted with pergolas, pavilions and stunning gardens. Du...e to the large footprint the design strongly focused on the travel distances and convenient indoor-outdoor correlation. Building is divided into three main units, were each one of them offers a central hub amenities. The central hub allows for the residents to enjoy the amenities of the facility, each unit is fitted with dining room, lounges, activity space and medical cluster. With the application of creating a central hub all residents can stay within the same area and socialise on many fronts, thus we believe allowing for improved lifestyle. The facility offers the usual 5 star spaces such as physio, theatre, worship room, cafe with shaded outdoor seating and community room for the large local events that can be held within the facility. 19.01.2022 Residence Noosa This contemporary house is set on 6500 Sqm block with the view over a native forest with koala habitat. The site is located in Noosa and has a steep fall towards the back. By creating a large openings the view becomes part of the in-house experience. This house compromises of three bedrooms, each with an ensuite and an outdoor decking area. By using steel frame design, we were able to maintain a light look of the house and flying butterfly roof, that continuou...s from inside out. To allow for extra light and ventilation main areas are fitted with highlight windows. The transition between inside and outside for both floor and ceiling finishes is seamless. Residents also get to enjoy a library/home theatre room with concealed shutters to enhance the cinematic experience. Strong emphasis was placed on the outdoor design to maximise the use of the site offerings. The outdoor space is featured with the lawn/garden area, outside lounge, swimming pool with spa and designated shower, BBQ area and spiritual retreat for morning activities. See more

16.01.2022 Townhouses Braybrook Project features six townhouses. The style is kept in the contemporary fashion with features that add to the architecture as well as satisfy local Council's requirements. Project has basement parking with direct access to each unit. Each townhouses features, 2 carparking bays, three bedrooms with spacious master bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry and open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Project is designed around the orientation so that all units can benefit for north facing windows and living/dining area spilling onto a secluded outdoor space.

11.01.2022 Residence Custom One This modern house design would fit ideally the family of four. It has three bedrooms, all with ensuites and WIR, home theatre, office, open kitchen/living/dining space, double garage and laundry.The living and dining space benefit from double heigh ceiling. The design is based on the Golden Ratio. The design is part of the Oksio collection to help inspire future residents.
