22.01.2022 MESSAGE FOR RESIDENTS - (from a Resident) Heads up folks, tomorrow is "Halloween". (Whether you believe in this event or not). In the past years Old Broadwater Farm is known to be inundated with little Trick or Treaters.... People coming from outside of the Estate to trick or treat in our safe Estate. MASSES OF LITTLE PEOPLE - Please be aware when driving around there will be a lot of extra foot traffic. KEEN ON IT? It is common behaviour that if you WISH TO participate that you can tie a balloon to your front tree or letter box and this lets people know that you are welcoming them to knock on your door. NOT A FAN? - Please feel free to draw up a note and stick on your front door to let people know that you are NOT participating. Hope this helps keep our neighbourhood a safe and friendly one. 21.01.2022 Hello Old Broadwater Farm residents! This morning a loyalty/discount card was placed into every houses letterbox! All OBF residents are eligible to discounted coffee and hot drinks at the Par 3! No need to go into town anymore for coffee, just swing around to the beautiful Par 3 and flash your loyalty card to get a fantastically made barista coffee. We use the best beans from Margaret River Roasting Co. In the cafe there is also options of cheesecake, caramel slice, swee...t muffins, melting moments, breakfast wraps & croissants!! If you did not receive a card or your mailbox states no junk mail, feel free to pop down to the Par 3 to receive one or get in contact with Bella on 0414058757 and she will be more then happy to drop one off to you! We would love to see all Old Broadwater Farm residents down at the par 3! Thanks in advance for your support.

18.01.2022 H A L L O W E E N is coming this Thursday, 31st October whether you like it or not. So.... if you don’t like it, may we suggest you write a quick note and tape it to your front door saying, ‘No Halloween here thanks.’ If you do LIKE Halloween and are keen to participate, you could print this picture below and tape it on your rubbish bin or front door, or put a balloon out on your tree to signal you’re happy to hand out lollies.... FREE sausage sizzle and please dont forget, to have your presents included in the Santa delivery please drop them off to the Old Broadwater Farm office, clearly marked with your Children/s names prior to Saturday the 15th of December. Drop off times are Tuesday to Thu...rsday 9.00am to 4.00pm / Friday & Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm! Looking forward to seeing you all here on Sunday the 16th of December from 3pm!

Can you please share: Little dog very young tan Dachshund gone missing from 9 Piano Box Bvd in Old Broadwater Farm Estate in West Busselton about 3/4 hr ago. Got out gate & last seen frantically running down road. Owners new to area & not home. If found any of the neighbours will help care for it.
