23.01.2022 My favourite photo taken in India exactly 15 years ago on 2nd May 2005. My unhappiness and severe anxiety had drove me to go to India with my Uncle in search of a real Teacher that could give me proper instructions in how to sort my desperate state of mind out... with my dear Uncle we searched and found the Teacher, spending 10 days with Him and together receiving a time tested Meditation technique that we both still practice twice daily. 15 years of effort, still going, keeping me always in front of the horrid negativity that was once my closest companion. Forever grateful and thankful to our Guruji. A treasure of all treasures. My we all find inner Peace. #kriyayoga #Guru #Yoga #Peace #thereismore #thisiswhy #meditation #lovewhatwedo #noanxiety #depression #LahiriMahasaya #ananswer

22.01.2022 The sun rises on a cold, blustery day in Mount Macedon. 1st May. Halfway between Autumn equinox and winter solstice. This is southern hemisphere Samhain. As Mother Nature lovingly continues Her ever moving cycles entering the darker period and ending the time of harvest, we are thankful for health, well being, Natures bounties, and a deep sense of happiness.... Take rest, ponder the magic of life. Enjoy this ancient celebration. The old ways in the now. In Love. #thereismore #Samhain #mothernature #Kriyayoga #thisisjoy #joyjoyjoy #sing #stonecircles #hettypeglerstump #oldwaysinthenow #oldways #earthenergy #ancientburialmounds #uleylongbarrow

18.01.2022 "Not all days bring the Joy" Some days we grind out the discipline of Kriya Yoga meditation. However, when we continue to put the twice daily effort in, these are the days that lay the unseen foundations for Joy days to be built upon. Without this constant effort the foundations that nobody sees, will never be installed and our Joy temple will not be made a reality.... Only we understand the intense labour involved. Try to make it a labour of Love. And what a lush feeling is given once we have sat, finished, and tried our best... These are the best of days, the ones that mean the most... these are the heart of the 25% effort required by the disciple to allow the 25% from Guru and 50% from Soul to flood the daily life and being of the meditator. My favourite picture of Christ, it's been with me in my sacred spaces since Feb 1998. He was truly one of the greatest Masters to bless this earth.
