We will be celebrating his life & remembering him on October 2nd at 2pm. As a family we hope you understand that the service attendance will be kept small due to current restrictions and we welcome anyone to join the virtual link if you would like to join us in remembering our Hamish. 12.01.2022 What an amazing way to finish Year 12 at Edmund Rice College with an AFL Charity match, on Keira Oval, focusing on Reconciliation to bring the whole community t...ogether. Prior to the first bounce, the captains of each team Jackson Tikkeros and Darcy Hennessy as well as College captain Roarke Curry presented message sticks made by the school to local MP’s Sharon Bird MPand Stephen Jones MP. The message sticks made by students from the past and present signify the importance of reconciliation in Australia. The students also handed over a cheque of $1,000 to Aunty Lorraine and Aunty Narrelle from Coomaditchie United Aboriginal Corporation. Coomaditchie has been involved in the College community for a number of years and is dedicated to raising the esteem, pride and dignity of young Aboriginal people in their Aboriginal culture and heritage. Well done to everyone involved!

11.01.2022 Don't forget to join the ERC Old Boys Group. Answer the three questions to help grow the community in a hope to hold more catch-ups and social events in the future.

06.01.2022 Well Done Roarke!

04.01.2022 A message to all Old Boys and Edmund Rice College community. As you are all aware we have witnessed and had personal experiences with recent Bushfires burning across our remote and fragile landscape. Loss of lives, property, wildlife, townships, personal belongings, pets and natural environment our fire fighters and volunteers are continuing to risk their own lives to contain and save further loss of homes and properties from the ferocious fires that are continuing to burn ac...ross our nation. The College has begun to arrange for items urgently requested by local communities across the southern and highland areas that we have visited and holidayed over many years. We have a number of families who have lost their homes and businesses from these fires and we are going to have the College set up to provide assistance and provision to pass on any of the items that have been requested to be taken to the areas that have been affected by these recent fires. We will accept donations at Edmund Rice College between 7am - 8.30am tomorrow on Tuesday morning to send to the Southern Highlands communities affected by bushfires. Suggested donations are in the attached letter from the Catholic Primary Schools Joint Bushfire Appeal.

03.01.2022 The current Year 12 students, soon to be old boys, have extended an invitation to any Old Boys wanting to join them on their Friday morning walk for Mental Health. Welcome to meet at the North Beach Kiosk from 6:20am.

02.01.2022 I'm sure plenty of our old boys have some great memories with Mr Volk exploring the outdoors on many of the school camps over the years.

02.01.2022 Next Thursday, March 25th, the College and broader community will take the opportunity to acknowledge and give thanks to Mr Sam Tadros for his wonderful 42 year...s of service to Catholic Education. Mr Tadros’ committed leadership and unwavering commitment to Edmund Rice College is an incredible example of service. The College invites the whole community to join us in celebrating Mr Tadros' contribution to Edmund Rice before he retires, at the conclusion of this tem. Registrations are essential. https://www.edmundricecollege.nsw.edu.au/mr-sam-tadros-ret/
