17.01.2022 Congratulations to Year 12 student Jessie - 2020 IGSSA Sportsperson of the Year. Jessie has been extensively involved in sport and sports leadership at the Coll...ege. She has achieved to a very high level in district and national sporting competitions. In 2019 and 2020 she was selected to represent Australia in softball. This Award is a momentous achievement! We thank Jessie for her service to Concordia sport and how she represents the College. We wish Jessie all the best in her future sporting endeavours.

08.01.2022 On Friday our Year 1s visited the Heritage Centre and explored the Heritage Trail as part of their investigation into how learning about previous generations helps us understand the connections between the past and the present. It was wonderful to have them at the senior campus, gaining some fascinating insights into their College's history.

08.01.2022 College Musicals - 1975 'Godspell' | The first time Concordia performed Godspell was in 1975, directed by Peter Westhorpe. During the rehearsals in the May holidays, the dining room was also taken over by costume making and makeup. Much time and effort was given to getting everything right, and the moving performances were a tribute to the huge amount of preparation work from students and staff. #Concordia130

08.01.2022 Tuesday Treasures | One of the treasured items of sporting memorabilia in our Heritage Centre is this baggy cricket cap from 1972, complete with an embroidered College badge and the words 'Old Concordians'. In what is an annual tradition, a group of senior cricketers were recently presented with the current equivalent - the 'Baggy Blue' cricket cap - in recognition of their service. We hope to see many of this year's graduating cricketers back and playing in our Old Concordians Cricket Club teams in the future!

05.01.2022 As we pause for Lockdown, we reflect on what was and what could have been. Our incredible Year 12s are missing out on their Valedictory Dinner this evening, but the Guard of Honour with almost 1300 students shows the love, admiration and our best wishes for an amazing future.

04.01.2022 College Musicals - 1997 'Me & My Girl' | Directed by Connie Held, the 1997 production of Me & My Girl was a delightful musical comedy which provided a great night out for the eager audiences. Much skill and patience was needed to combine music and acting, not to mention the complex choreography that went with many of the songs. The story portrayed the divide between the aristocracy and the common people in the 1930s, and proved once again that love always prevails. #Concordia130
