21.01.2022 OIFC Friends Welcome to 2020. With the new year, comes a new year of the OIFC. Our first preseason session this year starts on Sunday, the 1st of March at 4pm. Come along for some fitness and small sided games/ball work. Bring your mates, some boots and joggers so we can take a solid pre season into Round 1 and beyond....
