21.01.2022 GAME PREVIEW Todays St Georges Shield Womens game preview is proudly brought to you by F45 Training Kings Meadows... Last week the womens team were impressive with a first up win over Scottsdale. Restricting them to just one behind from 1/4 time. This week we have 6 changes to take on Bridgenorth. But with 5 players returning from last year of that 6, our side again looks strong on paper. The girls will be looking to start well, apply pressure, take the game on, two way run & work in numbers. Miki McKnight will play her first game for the club this week. Bridgenorth have recruited strongly in the off season, picking up some quality players. They set the benchmark against us in a practice game in pre season. We will travel to Uni for an 11:55am start, as underdogs but everyone is looking forward the challenge ahead! 16.01.2022 GAME PREVIEW This weeks St Georges Shield Mens game preview is proudly brought to you by @f45_training_launceston Team training | Life Changing After a solid first up effort against UTas where the side was able to gel and work on executing the team structures we look ahead to taking on Bracknell to really see where were at! This week sees half a dozen changes due to unavailable players which isnt ideal however the talent coming into the side keeps the team looki...ng strong across the board. Games are won and lost at the stoppages so thats an area for improvement and focus this week against a stronger opponent. I was really impressed with our accuracy in front of goal first up so to continue that trend this week is vital to get the win. Jake Williams and Tristan Collins will play their first game for the club this week after coming across on transfers. Both boys are strong in and under players who can impact the scoreboard. This is a wonderful opportunity for our boys to play against a premier league side and everyone is looking forward the challenge ahead!
