24.01.2022 This sounds like a great webinar series. As a client of Integrity Soils Ltd, we can not recommend them highly enough, especially to manage the transition off chemicals and synthetic fertiliser while maintaining sustainable profits. We still have a long way to go, but we are confident about our destination. #regenerativeagriculture #oldmancreekgrassfedbulls #soilhealth #letthebiologydotheheavylifting... #nicolemasters See more

24.01.2022 This will be a great day! David Hardwick is a very good communicator, and can explain the very complex world of soil health in clear, simple and easy to understand language. This is something that is very important especially when our land/soil is our biggest asset.

23.01.2022 It was great to see this story being told on Australian Story. It's important that Regenerative Agriculture gets this exposure. In no way do we want to create a devide between farmers or farming methods, but if nothing was wrong with some parts of modern farming, we would not be seeing the poor land management outcomes it produces. We are proud to farm regeneratively and look forward to a wider adoption of its practices. https://www.facebook.com/120462627634/posts/10157942724547635/

23.01.2022 22 July is our Calendar due date for our stud cows (282 days since AI). Over 50% of our calves have been born in the past 6 days! This is a direct result of selecting animals with a shorter gestation period and high fertility; both highly heritable traits. Our bulls are fertile, and their calves will be also; it's bred into them! #oldmancreekgrassfed #regenerativeagriculture #fertility #heritability ... #iuseangusbulls #buyyoubullshere See more

23.01.2022 We recently freeze branded our bulls and heifers in preparation for the spring season. As always we were super pleased with Anthony Nicholls experience and professional approach. He always does a great job! It’s good to have life long identification, especially for the bulls who seem to have a strong desire to constantly lose their ear tags! #oldmancreekgrassfed #grassfedbulls #regenerativeagriculture #freezebrand #angusaustralia #buyyourbullshere

22.01.2022 Today was day 0 of our AI program. We put all cows through the yards. It’s always nice to handle them and get up close and see them after calving. The cows are almost too fat! Given our current season, it’s been hard to hold them back, even with our grazing management. Much of this efficiency comes through our maternal selection, with emphasis on +fat, we sure are putting a haystack on their back. It was nice to relax afterwards with a paddock bbq with visiting cousins Soph...ie McGregor and Scott McGregor. Happy long weekend! #oldmancreekgrassfedbulls #regenerativeagriculture #grassfedbeef #lowstressstockhandling #fixedtimeai

21.01.2022 Typical! They never stand still when you want to get a picture, and then as soon as you want them to walk for a video This NORG420 son might not always do what he’s told, but he does have BWT of +1.6 (top 5%) and IMF +3.8 (top 3%). Great for joining heifers #oldmancreekgrassfed #buyyourbullshere #grassfedbeef #regenerativeagriculture #lowstresshandling #lowbirthweight #iuseangusbulls

21.01.2022 Growing our bulls out on grass is great for fertility. We recently had the bulls morphology and semen tested, with great results! #buyyourbullshere #oldmancreekgrassfed #iuseangusbulls #regenerativeagriculture #fertility #grassfedbeef

20.01.2022 As a graduate of Farming and Grazing for profit in 2019, Michael would highly recommend this opportunity to complete this course at the full price - let alone with this offer. If you have been considering doing something that will change the way you think about how you run your business, then don't miss this opportunity.

20.01.2022 It’s been a busy week at Old Man Creek, with several bulls leaving for their new homes. OMCP46 seemed to have settled in well when Michael went to do a follow up visit. We breed hard workers! #buyyourbullshere #oldmancreekgrassfed #iuseangusbulls #regenerativeagriculture #fertility #HolisticManagement

17.01.2022 It’s been a very busy week at Old Man Creek with several Bulls having headed off to their new homes. We are definitely in the thick of Bull selling season! As you can see from this photo of the remaining bulls, numbers are dwindling. Due to our strict cull policies, every bull we have, we believe, is of the highest quality. So if you are looking for bulls to join this spring, we still have some left. #oldmancreekgrassfed #buyyourbullshere #grassfedbulls #angusaustralia #iuseangusbulls #grassfedbeef #regenerativeagriculture

17.01.2022 Somewhere over the rainbow. The bulls were in the right place at the right time yesterday. No pot of gold though! #oldmancreekgrassfed #regenerativeagriculture #somewhereovertherainbow #angusbulls... #buyyourbullshere See more

16.01.2022 The plant succession dynamics are fascinating. Seen here in these pictures are several highly palatable grasses growing out of a dead Rolly Polly bush. We still have many of these plants as a result of many years of set stocking (despite our 8 years of planned grazing management), but it's great to see plant succession occurring in this instance; a good example of letting nature heal itself. #oldmancreekgrassfed #regenerativeagriculture #plantsuccession

16.01.2022 Great work guys! Provenir

16.01.2022 Grass grows grass. Fortunately this year we have had the opportunity to put this into practice. There is a lot of changes required when you shift your paradigm from wanting to keep grass between 5 - 10 cm high by set stocking or short rotation, to truly managing grass by maximising sunlight capture. We are still learning the "art of grazing" but really enjoying the journey we are on. #oldmancreekgrassfed #regenerativeagriculture #grassgrowsgrass... #maiagrazing #theartofgrazing See more

15.01.2022 Day 10 of AI program; Pulling CIDR. What a beautiful morning for it! 14.01.2022 This was a very interesting webinar, especially if you’re looking at applying N and micro nutrients to optimize crop / pasture growth with current favorable seasonal conditions. Well done to Vic No Till for putting this on.

13.01.2022 We have enjoyed every episode of Charlie Arnott - Grass Fed Beef, Naturally the Regenerative Journey, none more so than this Interview with David Marsh. David has been a mentor of ours since we began our journey in 2010 and we are very greatful for that. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1520205014826121&id=256766707836631

11.01.2022 Great insight into leaders in the Regenerative Agriculture movement. Its been great following your very public story Stuart Austin and the whole Wilmont Cattle Co. In a world where sometimes we feel we are going it alone, it’s good to know we are not. Looking forward to the next 200 years!!

11.01.2022 A big Happy Birthday to our favourite farmer, Michael J Gooden!

11.01.2022 These are our latest flyers. If you’re lucky you might score one in your mailbox #oldmancreekgrassfed #iuseangusbulls #grassfedbeef #angusbulls #buyyourbullshere

11.01.2022 We recently started using a remote camera to monitor our watering point as we move the cattle around the farm. The camera works off the 3G/4G signal and can be activated from an app on our phone. It has been great in terms of giving peace of mind to see at anytime, from anywhere what our cattle and water trough is up to. #oldmancreekgrassfedbulls #regenerativeagriculture #rotationalgrazing... #arlo #remotemonitoring See more

10.01.2022 Michael was interviewed as part of the Maia grazing webinar series on Tuesday evening, see link below. It was a great opportunity for us to explain why and how we do what we do. #oldmancreekgrassfedbulls #regenerativeagriculture #maiagrazing #angusaustralia https://youtu.be/hiQmgGAK8os

08.01.2022 We got our sheep work fix this week! We have been running 530 agistment wethers for 90 days and half of them left this week, it was fun to dust off the portable sheep yards, but also a good reminder of the extra work required to run our smaller herbivores, such as 2 wire Kiwitech and extra water troughs. #oldmancreekgrassfedbulls #regenerativeagriculture #lowstressstockhandling #merinowetherlambs

07.01.2022 We had perfect conditions to sow 15 Ha of some multispecies summer mix. The mix included Sorghum, Millet, Buckwheat, Cow pea, Mung beans, Sunflowers, Purpletop Turnips, Lap Lap & Raddish. We plan to graze it with our weaners in February/ March. Thanks to contract sowing from Graham Strong, advice from Luke Harrington from Re-Gen Farming and Down under Covers for providing the seed. #oldmancreekgrassfedbulls #regenerativeagriculture #multispeciescovercrop #soilhealth

05.01.2022 We are officially sold out of Bulls this year, which is a good problem to have! We’d like to thank all of our clients, new and returning, for helping to make this a great season and we are excited for our 2021 bulls. We’ll have more available in Autumn next year #soldout #oldmancreekgrassfed #grassfedbulls #regenerativeagriculture #iuseangusbulls #angusaustralia #buyyourbullshere

05.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day to our favourite Farmer

03.01.2022 The sheep and cattle are running well together behind the two wire Kiwitech fencing. We've had a week of showers, which has been wonderful. Calving has finished, the grass is growing, and everyone seems pretty relaxed #regenerativeagriculture #kiwitech #buyyourbullshere #grassfedbulls #oldmancreekgrassfed #angusaustralia #lowstresshandling
