03.01.2022 Many people ask us why we created the Old Market Inn space as it is, and while most of our guests know, we have never shared our ‘why’ here. Steve and I have spent most of our married life renovating old homes - nothing newer than 19th Century! We have also spent a lot of time living overseas or in isolated areas within Australia, so when we came home, we often stayed with family. When we weren’t home, we stayed in all sorts of places. Ever since our honeymoon, we dreamed of ...creating our dream space to holiday in. So... with our love for old buildings, renovating, and a desire to create a perfect space, we bought this magnificent building that had beautiful bones and needed a little love.
