22.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we advise that, in line with the Federal Government and National Cabinets mandatory closure of licensed on-premise hotels, we will be closed until the Cabinet review in 30 days. As a family owned and run hotel, our staff are like family, so this is a particularly emotional time for us all. We will re-open as soon as possible and look forward to having a meal and a beer with you all then. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazingly resilient and committed staff during this difficult time. In line with regulated changes, things will be a little different for a while, but whilst some things will be different, the important things will remain the same; Great food Cold beer and great wine Awesome team and family- friendly service... Old Noar...lunga Hotel will now host the show Sunday 25th October. We are urging ticket holders to hold onto their tickets to not only show their support for an industry decimated by COVID19, but so you also guarantee your spot at what will no doubt be an incredible celebration of music and the human spirit There are still around 30 tickets remaining should you wish to purchase and of course if you are unable to make the new date Oztix will assist you with a full refund. We have a number of strict measures that we need to follow, but we’re here for you and together we’ll get through to the next stage of more easing of restrictions. If you are planning on coming in for a meal, PLEASE BOOK first. Preference will be given to all bookings. We have new meal sitting times, our staff will explain this ...when you book. If you’re popping in for a drink only, try and stop in before dinner times, to allow us to accommodate everyone with our reduced numbers. All HAPPY HOURS have been brought forward an hour, so you can enjoy a full Happy Hour session everyday before dinner service starts! Can’t wait time see you all again soon. 06.01.2022 On Friday 22/5/2020 at 4.30pm, Premier Steven Marshall announced that pubs can re-open, with significant restrictions to patron numbers and conditions on beverages being served with food only. Given the extremely short notice provided (we heard this when you did), we needed some time to absorb the details and impact of this. It is certainly a step in the right direction and gives us all some confidence that some degree of 'normality' is coming, however we need to make sure th...at this is a viable and workable arrangement for both patrons, staff and owners before we fire everything up again. As you know, we like to do EVERYTHING PROPERLY AND THOROUGHLY. We do not intend to re-open with the 20-person rule, but we will continue to review this and keep our discussions fluid (sorry, you probably all feel like a beer now) to ensure we open at the most appropriate time. We absolutely appreciate how much you all want to get back to The Oldy for a great meal and clean, cold beer. We just cant wait to see you too!
