12.01.2022 Welcome to the Ol' Dogs Method - a training program designed for Masters athletes. We have recognised that Masters athletes have jobs, and families, and other commitments that impact on their available time to train. We also know that just because you are a Master, does not mean you don't want to be in peak physical condition to tackle challenges in and outside the gym, and give the young ones a run for their money. The ODM program wants you to be at your best, without in...juring yourself or bashing the body so that you can barely function. Our aim is to keep you fit and healthy for the long term. We have put together a program that will lay down a solid foundation of quality movement, plus joint, ligament and muscle strength, so that athletes can progress and continue to do so for many years to come. We will be using a 5 days on, 2 days off format with one of the days off being active recovery. Most sessions will be completed in 60-75 mins so the commitment from you will be easy to execute. The program will be delivered to you daily via an app where you can record your results, watch technique and instructional videos, and interact with other Ol' Dogs and the Coaches. As at the time of this post (June) we are in a Strength-building and Technique phase so now i the perfect time to jump on board.
