Below are the details for each position CHEF DE PARTIE- Duties to be performed: Ability to prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner. Support and help the chef with the deliveries Being responsible of the cleaning of the cool rooms and dry stores on a weekly basis For the position of CHEF DE PARTIE, at least 2 years’ experience is needed, experience in Italian cuisine would be a plus For the position of COMMIS CHEF at least 1 year experience.
